Client Needs: A 60-second promotion for an iconic property named "Villa Della Costa" in Goleta, California, a promotion conveying ideals of the "California Dream."

My Analysis: From an architectural and location-based standpoint Villa Della Costa represents the quintessential notion of the California dream.

My Process: From a cinematic perspective, a series of surrealistic aerial shots would capture the essential components of the estate in a surrealistic manner and help to convey the notion of the "California Dream."  To more perfectly capture the surrealism of the property, ultra HD 4K resolution drone shots recorded the imagery in stunning detail from otherwise impossible heights.

My Outcomes: Joyce Rey utilized the 60-second promotion to sell Villa Della Costa above its listing price for $35 million.
